To think of a city and to govern its future is advisable to listen, learning to hear his voice, his thoughts, his needs and his dreams to be fulfilled, giving balance to concepts such as work, economy, development, environment and social development.
To achieve this you need to read the existing city with its strengths and its weaknesses to build on, in a shared, the city that people want to identify measures and means to achieve it. There are
many things that you do not have the courage to change, there are many things you think but do not say that because "nobody cares". There are many things you want but do not try to take it "so you do not get." So, day after day, we are content and satisfied the other.
